Yes! We offer secure online therapy sessions for clients throughout Ontario. Virtual sessions provide the same quality of care as in-person appointments with the added convenience of attending from your own space.

Standard therapy sessions are 50 minutes long. However, we also offer extended sessions if needed. The frequency of sessions depends on your individual needs and will be discussed during your initial consultation.
